Cancellation Policy

Hi there! We can’t wait to see you. Please note we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Thanks for understanding!

Service Policy

We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to make adjustments! Just fill out our Adjustment Request Form within one week of your appointment. Once submitted, our team will review your request and reach out to you with next steps.
