Our Associate Program helps newer stylists bridge the gap between cosmetology school and working independently behind the chair.
Through hands-on experience, education, and coaching, you’ll build your technical skills, confidence, guest experience, and the business skills needed to grow a clientele.
Our goal is simple: prepare you to graduate onto the floor feeling confident, capable, and ready to build your career.
We’re looking for people who love hair, want to learn, are open to coaching, and are ready to grow.
You don’t need years of experience. That’s what we’re here to help you build.
